BEFORE YOU DROP IN
Good to
know.
How do I join my ski team?
Search for your ski team in your profile and confirm your join request. Coaches select their team during signup. The team accepts or declines each request; accepted members join in their registered category.
What will I see when I first sign in?
A profile setup screen and your own empty workspace. Training totals, teammates, and sessions appear as you and your team add real information.
Can I use norclap on my phone?
Yes. Your workspace adapts to mobile and desktop. Compatible norclap Recorder sessions can be connected from the phone app.
How accurate are the recorded times?
Phone GPS lap times are estimates, not certified race timing. Recorded sessions identify their source and timing quality so you can interpret them appropriately.
Where do race results come from?
FIS results come from public FIS records linked to your athlete profile. FISI results show available official classifications and their coverage. Source links let you verify each result.
